Dog Guy Foundation Inc began with the founder, Mark Imhof (aka Mark the Dog Guy), volunteer grooming at New York City’s Animal Care Centers. With outside support, he began Dog Guy Foundation to staff both Manhattan ACC and Brooklyn ACC with groomers to care for the shelter animal needs.
