Big Mac was brought to Manhattan ACC by police after someone had called them about their neighbor who was walking the streets naked. 

 The  poor owner was suffering from dementia and could no longer care for him and the boy had sadly been neglected for a long time, so much so that it was hard to tell which end of the dog was which. 

 Thanks to Dog Guy Foundation, I was able to shave away  years worth of matts  and  bathe the grime away. I wish I could have made him understand that his Momma loved him and was just sick and unable to care for him. 

 The boy  got the care he  needed (he was placed with rescues) hopefully their Mom did too.
